Rochelle Bailey is a professional skincare educator and Senior Education Content Manager at HydroPeptide, with more than 15 years of experience across beauty therapy, spa, retail and professional education. She began her career as a beauty therapist, gaining practical experience in both treatment-room and spa environments. In 2012, she joined Dermalogica UK, where she progressed through retail, training and education roles, serving as an Education Trainer and later as Retail Training Manager. Rochelle joined HydroPeptide in 2023 as an International Education and Events Specialist, before advancing to International Education Manager and subsequently to her current content-focused educational role. She holds a Level 4 Beauty qualification in microneedling and chemical peels and completed the Level 3 Award in Education and Training in 2022.
