Dimitrios Spagopoulos is a dentist and PhD candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He graduated from its School of Dentistry in 2012 and completed postgraduate studies in Oral Surgery at the same institution. Since 2012, he has contributed to the preclinical and clinical training of undergraduate dental students as an assistant. During his postgraduate studies, he received first prizes for diagnostic work involving maxillary sinus tumours and a teratoma. Since 2015, he has maintained a private practice focused on aesthetic dentistry, prosthodontics, implant dentistry and periodontology. He has published in Greek and international scientific journals, presented at conferences in Greece and abroad, and served on the editorial teams of Dentorama and Dental Journal (Omnipress). He is a Key Opinion Leader for Hu-Friedy, GC Europe and BEGO and a member of European and Greek scientific societies in aesthetic dentistry and implantology.
