Participants first establish a scientific foundation for interpreting contemporary concepts such as exosome-inspired technology and epigenetic skincare. Natural extracellular vesicles are distinguished from non-biological or synthetic cosmetic systems, and epigenetic mechanisms are separated from simplified claims that a cosmetic can permanently “reprogramme” the skin. The objective is to understand what the concepts may contribute without transferring evidence from a different material, delivery route or product.
The workshop then applies this framework to INNO-EXOMA® EXO-SKIN, INNO-EPIGEN®, INNO-EXFO® and INNO-TDS®. Participants learn to select a suitable protocol, identify reasons to modify or postpone treatment, follow the current product instructions, monitor the skin and design compatible aftercare. Standalone and combination workflows are examined only where they are supported by the current manufacturer protocol.
The hands-on component turns this process into a supervised clinical-style workflow for professional aesthetics: consultation, preparation, application, observation, stop criteria, finishing care, documentation and homecare advice. The emphasis is on repeatable decision-making and safe professional conduct, not on memorising promotional claims or performing procedures outside the aesthetician’s scope.

The workshop opens with the biology of the skin barrier, epidermal renewal, hydration, pigmentation, inflammation and visible ageing. Participants learn why the same cosmetic concern may arise from different processes and why assessment must precede product choice. Skin phototype, sensitivity, current routine, recent procedures, medicines, allergy history, sun exposure and client expectations are incorporated into a structured consultation.
The next section clarifies the language of extracellular vesicles and exosomes. Natural exosomes are membrane-bound particles released by cells and studied for intercellular communication. INNO-EXOMA® EXO-SKIN is approached according to its current cosmetic description as an exosome-inspired, non-biological complex. Participants learn why evidence concerning cell-derived exosomes does not by itself establish the performance or safety of a different synthetic finished formulation, and why source, characterisation, concentration, stability, delivery and human product data matter.
Epigenetic skincare is treated with the same discipline. Epigenetics concerns changes in gene regulation without alteration of the underlying DNA sequence and is influenced by ageing and environmental exposure. This provides a valuable framework for discussing oxidative stress, pollution, ultraviolet exposure and lifestyle-related skin changes. It does not justify claims of permanent genetic reprogramming. INNO-EPIGEN® products are therefore selected according to their documented cosmetic function, complete formulation, tolerance and role in a sustainable routine.
Professional exfoliation is then examined through INNO-EXFO®. Participants connect acid type, concentration, pH, vehicle, contact time and number of layers with the overall effect of a peel, while recognising that no single variable determines depth or safety. Pre-treatment screening, barrier preparation, skin phototype, pigment history, application uniformity, visual and sensory endpoints, neutralisation where required, recovery and photoprotection are discussed. Exact operational parameters remain specific to the chosen product and current IFU.
INNO-TDS® is reviewed as a line of professional topical solutions used within defined INNOAESTHETICS protocols. Product selection begins with a cosmetic objective and a suitable client, not with a desire to combine the greatest number of actives. Participants assess compatibility with INNO-EXFO® and INNO-EXOMA® workflows, but use only combinations and delivery methods explicitly supported by current documentation and permitted within their scope.
Treatment planning integrates these elements into standalone and combination pathways. The group maps consultation findings to a conservative first-session plan, defines baseline documentation and expected cosmetic endpoints, prepares the skin, monitors comfort and identifies reasons to stop. A normal anticipated response is distinguished from excessive erythema, oedema, pain, blistering, urticaria, respiratory symptoms or other findings requiring immediate action and, when appropriate, medical referral.
During supervised hands-on training, participants practise the confirmed edition protocol with direct educator guidance. Hygiene, preparation, dosing from the labelled presentation, even application, timing, observation, removal or neutralisation where applicable, finishing care and client instructions are demonstrated. The educator controls any deviation from the protocol; participants do not improvise combinations or introduce unconfirmed devices.
The final section addresses outcomes and communication. Consistent lighting, camera position, timing and client-reported tolerance improve documentation but do not eliminate bias. Participants learn to discuss possible changes in hydration, smoothness, brightness, texture or visible signs of ageing without promising a medical effect, permanent correction or predetermined result. Homecare, sun protection, follow-up and escalation are positioned as part of the protocol rather than an optional sales add-on.
This workshop is designed for qualified professional aestheticians, beauty therapists and skincare professionals who are legally permitted to provide the cosmetic procedures included in the confirmed edition. It is suitable for practitioners who already understand basic facial treatment, hygiene and client consultation and wish to develop more structured INNOAESTHETICS protocol planning.
It is not designed to train unqualified participants in chemical peeling, microneedling, injection, medical diagnosis or treatment of disease. Doctors, nurses or other healthcare professionals may attend for product education, but the workshop does not expand or replace their professional licensing requirements.
